Equipped with squat racks, power racks, adjustable benches, cable machines, olympic platforms, various barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and everything else you need for strength and conditioning.
The first floor gym is home to a cardio suit, free weights area and class studio. Within these you can find, treadmills, crosstrainers, D2 Concept rowers, a stairmaster, pin-loaded machines, more dumbells, fixed barbells and our fleet of 13 Schwinn spinning bikes.
Cafe
Tuck into wholesome smoothie bowls, indulgent treats, next-level coffees, healing lattes, and fresher than fresh juices. All plant-based. All nutritious. All nourishing. All balanced.
Beauty
Downstairs is a double pedicure bar and a double manicure bar. Upstairs hosts a double treatment room where you can experience a treatment with a friend and two single treatment rooms along with a relaxation area to recharge after your treatment is finished. From massage to waxing, brow treatments to body scrubs, Thrive have a pampering treatment for everyone using professional, luxurious, cruelty-free products.
Shapemaster
A seated range of equipment designed to provide a circuit that will exercise and stretch all the major muscle groups in the body and help retrain muscle patterns whilst at the same time stimulating the muscles and improving circulation.
