Selsey Walking and Outdoor festival are delighted to announce a lecture by the celebrated astronomer Dr John Mason MBE who will present an illustrated talk highlighting the important work of Sir Patrick Moore. 

As humans prepare to return to the Moon, Dr John Mason will explain how Patrick Moore contributed to the mapping of the Moon in preparation for the historic first landings, and will look ahead to what the future might hold for human lunar exploration.
